Multilingual Primary Care Physician (MD) (Remote) | $170–$190/Hour | Contractor

Practicing physicians with an MD, at least two years of post-residency experience, and a background in primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine may qualify for this remote Multilingual Primary Care Physician job. The project involves reviewing outpatient clinical documentation, evaluating AI-generated medical notes, and providing clinical feedback, with advanced C1-level proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English required.

PROJECT DETAILS

The project focuses on improving AI-powered clinical documentation and decision-support systems through feedback from practicing physicians. Selected clinicians will review outpatient encounter notes, visit summaries, and electronic health record documentation to assess whether the information is accurate, complete, and clinically appropriate. They will also compare AI-generated documentation with the standards a practicing primary care physician would expect in actual outpatient care.

The work extends beyond reviewing medical records. Physicians will annotate encounter data using established guidelines, identify missing information and clinical inaccuracies, flag hallucinations, and provide structured feedback to technical and product teams. They may also contribute to documentation standards, annotation guidelines, and the handling of ambiguous clinical scenarios. This is a fully remote, part-time independent contractor arrangement for US-based physicians, requiring at least 10 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and designed to accommodate an active clinical practice. Explore more remote WFA jobs for additional work-from-anywhere opportunities.
